Bremerton - Racy Rose

Produced from 100% estate grown fruit, the Racy Rose is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz picked when the flavour profile and ripeness is perfect for a savoury dry style. The grapes are pressed for minimal colour extraction and fermented dry before bottling to capture the freshness.<br><br>On the palate the wine is racy and moreish, with savoury fruit, textural palate and a fine dry finish. The dry finish to the wine opens itself up to be drunk with a wide range of food parings.
