Brown Brothers - Refreshingly Light Dry Rose
Recommended food pairings: Best served with an ice bucket, sunny days and great friends the Refreshingly Light Dry Rosé is the perfect aperitif. It is brilliant with a wide range of flavours so knock up your favourite antipasto platter. Or for something a bit spicy try a pho or banh mi.<br><br>Growing Conditions: The Refreshingly Light Dry Rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Tarrango, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from three company vineyards in northern Victoria. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to early April.<br><br>Winemaker: Geoff Alexander<br><br>Winemaking notes: It was bottled with an alcohol of 9.0%, a pH of 3.37 and a TA of 6.0.
