Cake Wines - Cabernet Sauvignon

One of the red gums that line the driveway of the vineyard has a rope swing attached to it, which meant we’d end up with some eucalypt on the nose in our Cabernet and/or one of us would stack face first into the dirt from the rope swing. Land on a bed of plum, black currant and aniseed spice with a final dash of upfront fruit.
