This Road Block Shiraz has been sourced from premium parcels of grapes grown on pebbly sandy loam soils over clay, and has been aged for 20 months in 100% French oak hogsheads to provide complexity and maturation of flavours. To preserve purity and character, this wine is made with minimal additions and is allowed to clarify naturally without the use of fining or filtration - meaning it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
