The wine has a pale straw yellow hue with golden tints, and intense aromas of stone fruit and desserts abound. Fresh peach, apricot and pear hint at an almost custardy aroma. The palate is softly textured, with fresh acidity underpinning peach, nectarine and pear flavours, and a hint of Chantilly cream. A low oak profile makes the palate very bright and fresh.
Drink fresh, or cellar up to 5 years. Beautiful with fresh seafood, textural savoury salads or even baked desserts, such as creme brulée or crema catalana. |
