History shows that Thomas Hardy first blended grapes from multiple regions in 1865. He believed that by doing so it would complement and enhance the qualities of each region. So began Hardys blending heritage, with each new blend a unique code was created starting from A001. The 2015 HRB Bin D760 Cabernet Sauvignon is exotically rich and powerful. Intense dark berry fruit with musk, black olive, choc-mint and violets along with vanilla and coffee nuances on the aroma. These evolve on the palate to red, blackcurrant and mulberry fruits all drawn together through fine, supple tannins ending with subtle oak spice. A truly magical wine of poise and persistence.
