Tasting Notes | Dark red in colour that carries all the way through to the edge of the glass. Blueberry and dark current aromas layer over complexing notes of fresh pepper and dried tobacco. Subtle and soft, the wine flows seamlessly across the palate. Medium bodied, the layered flavours are revealed one after another showing the complexity of this flavoursome wine. Flavours of blackcurrant and red cherry are bright on the palate, but are supported but subtle notes of oak, chocolate powder and dried fruits. The fine integration of the oak supports the wine. |
