Mitolo - The Nessus Shiraz
The Nesus Shiraz is a fragrant, bright, and full flavoured wine which displays all of the trademarks of a McLaren Vale Shiraz with the soft, silky and seductive tannins typical of Mitolo Shiraz wines. Matured in older oak barrels, the Nesus Shiraz has an unobscured purity, a boisterous wild side, that competes with the restraining natural acidity; juxtaposed opposites delicately balanced just like the emotions of its namesake Nesus the centaur.
