In the 1960s, Bill Taylor Snr fulfilled his dream to uncover the perfect vineyard site in South Australia. As the Taylor family dug their first vineyard dam, they unearthed fossilied seahorses, a discovery that showed the promise of the land and its fertile soils. Today, the seahorse is featured on our labels as a symbol of quality and celebrate Bill's discovery.<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>This is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with rich fruit flavours, hints of chocolate and a smooth finish.
