| Tasting Notes | Aromatically appealing – perfume and spice, with honeysuckle and orange blossom with archetypal ripe pear. A suggestion of brioche and bread dough arising adds a lovely savoury edge. Ripe pear and savoury notes continue through to the palate with a faint hint of white peach. Wonderfully textural, with tantalising mouth-coating phenolics and a fine, tight line of acid ensuring a very long palate. |
